The Dexter 36008C is the 360 Series NSF certified slicer knife with an ergonomic Blue Polypropylene / Santoprene handle and a 9" offset, scalloped edge. Featuring a DEXSTEEL stain-free, high-carbon steel blade.

The 360 series knives from Dexter feature hollow-ground, stain-resistant blades that are crafted in the USA from American steel. 

The ergonomic handles on 360 series knives combine polypropylene with slip-resistant Santoprene to provide an exceptional grip with protective finger guards and they are color-coded to help your compliance with food safety programs. Blue handles should be used for handling raw fish/ seafood to avoid cross contamination.

Hand-washing helps preserve the material and prolong the life of your tools.
